Not one step back with the reform of the JUDICIAL POWER!
Not one step back with the reform of the JUDICIAL POWER!
Regarding the rottenness in the administration of justice and the consolidation of the 2nd floor of the 4th T.
Notes from the ground
Dr. Lenin Torres Antonio
The internal and external reactionary forces have colluded as never before to transgress Mexican national sovereignty, the stateless right-wing conservatism together with the capital terrorists headed by the US, brandish false arguments to overthrow the necessary Reform to the rotten Judicial Power, as the PRIAN opposition failed electorally and could not prevent the endorsement of Obradorism to continue the 4th T., and make the necessary constitutional reforms that the qualified majority in the federal legislative congress allows, now the local right as well as foreign right wing are launching with all intensity a campaign of terror, thus we see direct threats, and illegal and shameless intervention of the powers of the US, CANADA and the EUROPEAN UNION in a matter such as the Reform to the Judicial Power that corresponds to Mexican national sovereignty.
“Big capital” that looks after its interests could not prevent AMLO from becoming president of Mexico, and from the first minute of his mandate it has financed and even advised the stateless right, first to oust him from the presidency, then, so that the PRIAN could win the last election on June 2 of this year, and now, given the failure of its PRIAN lackeys, the economic factual power and the front men of the media, it directly leads the illegal, since it is contrary to international law, shameless and immoral technical coup against a sovereign state such as Mexico.
Behind all this hypocritical and fallacious narrative that with the Obradorist reform to the Judicial Branch, democracy and the Mexican economy are in danger, and even that organized crime will take over the structure of the Judicial Branch, are the large foreign capitals and 1% of Mexican families that hold more than 50% of Mexico's GDP.
Given the incompetence of its main emissary Claudio X Gonzalez to organize and lead the opposition to Obradorism in Mexico, "big capital" has decided to take matters into its own hands, leaving good manners aside, and we shamelessly see the ambassadors of the USA and CANADA, the insolvent bureaucrats of the UN, directly intervening, stirring up fear with statements that do not concern them, the legislative congresses of those countries issuing veiled threats, in addition to continuing to finance the mobilization of the stateless opposition, not only partisan but also the minority of organic intellectuals, student thugs, and the strike of the unwary and many corrupt workers of the Judicial Branch.
The MONROE doctrine, “America for the USA”, is rising from its ashes, and the memory of the coup d'état and the assassination of the legitimate president of Chile, Salvador Allende, is present. Today, Mexico is experiencing a tacit coup attempt, the blatant interference of foreign governments and the breaking of respect for international law, the autonomy and sovereignty of the peoples of the world, reveal it.
The false arguments in defense of avoiding the reform of the Judicial Branch fall by themselves, because we Mexicans know how the rotten and corrupt Judicial Branch operates, and making generalizations, we can say that it is a Branch that has normalized corruption, and its members have actively or passively allowed it. We Mexicans know and live day by day how the administration of justice in Mexico is a “dead letter”, because the forms, the vices, and the conduct of the actors of the Judicial Branch operate far from the parameters of legality, promptness, transparency and honesty.
And when we talk about the Judiciary normalizing corruption, opacity and preferentialism (referring to preference), it is because its conduct must also be read from a pathological perspective, because we can say that justice in Mexico is sick, because both its way of administering it and its members operate for other purposes than to administer expeditious, fair, and morally correct justice.
It is enough to take a look at how justice operates in Mexico, from the integration of a crime to its resolution (acquittal or punishment), to realize how rotten everything is.
Stalking their prey, the Xalapa traffic police select their potential victims. I drive an old 1988 Beetle down Lázaro Cárdenas Avenue. Without realizing it, a patrol car of the “guarantors of road safety” dangerously pulls up next to me and orders me to stop. I drive a few more meters to park. The uniformed officers get out and without telling me why they are stopping me, they ask for my documents, driver’s license, registration card. I ask them again the reason for my arrest, as if they hadn’t heard anything. One of them starts to carefully check my documents, and another one checks the vehicle, looking for the reason why they are stopping me. What a paradox! After not finding anything in the documents and in the vehicle, he tells me that he can leave. Before leaving, one asks the other, “Did you check the engine?” When he refuses, he tells me to wait. In a matter of seconds, I find myself involved in accusations that could lead me to jail. Because, clutching at straws, I am caught up in accusations that could lead me to jail. hot, they tell me that the engine is stolen, first I wonder how they know, and, on the other hand, given the age of the "beetle", they have surely changed, modified the engine countless times, after threatening me and pointing out everything I would have to pay, they insinuate that the best thing is to "come to an agreement", playing along I ask them, how much is it?, and one of them tells me that it would be "three hands", or 15 fingers, and since each finger means 100 pesos, it would be 1,500 pesos; I immediately refuse, and tell them that they are the ones breaking the law. Seeing that these individuals are going to arrest me by force, I decide to call a lawyer friend, thinking that surely the one who knows the law will be able to defend me more intelligently. I put him on the phone with the officer in charge. The officer walks away to speak more intimately with the lawyer. After a couple of minutes he returns and tells me to leave. I happily leave to pick up my daughter from school. Later, my lawyer friend calls me and tells me that I owe him 2,800, which is what he gave to the “guardians of our security.” I argue a bit, and he ends by saying, “That’s how justice works!”
An acquaintance's son is arrested for drug trafficking. One day I meet him and ask him how his son's defense is going. The acquaintance tells me that he will soon be released, although he had to sell his house to do so. He details the expenses he would have to pay the lawyer, give bribes to the court clerks so they would give them the file, give money to the judge who is handling the case, and as it was, shortly after I see his son free.
And so we could go on narrating situations that allow us to see how justice operates in Mexico, as I said from the integration of the accusation of a crime to the final verdict of guilty or innocent, and what to say about the priority given to those who pay, and the torture for those who do not pay. Justice is not for everyone, it is selective, and the entire JUDICIAL POWER is corrupted by criminal behavior, that is, those who should impart justice and protect us are criminals and from whom we should protect ourselves.
Justice, on the other hand, is for those who have the means to pay the bribes; it is for the defense of the great foreign interests and the rich of Mexico. We can see that almost all the resolutions of the highest court of justice of the Mexican nation are in favor of those economic interests, and as an example, the injunctions and resolutions in favor of the large energy transnationals, mainly Spanish, the injunction to stop the cynical Salinas Pliego, owner of TV Azteca, from paying the millionaire taxes that he owes to the Mexican state, who also mocks justice by showing off his yachts and helicopters.
The reform to the JUDICIAL POWER proposed by President Obrador unleashed the beasts of capital, but it is also an opportunity for national unity and the defense of the autonomy and sovereignty of Mexico, and for the beginning of the construction of the 2nd floor of the 4th T. Pacific of Mexico.
President Claudia Sheinbaum faces the great challenge of assuming the leadership she inherited from those of us who are Obradoristas, and without hesitation or modifications to the reform of the JUDICIAL POWER, making it happen and cleaning up that filth of corruption in the JUDICIAL POWER, the reform contemplates the locks so that the popular selection process cannot be manipulated or perverted and the best arrive both professionally and morally qualified.
The presidency was cleaned of corrupt and sick power, the legislative power was cleaned of corrupt and stateless majorities, now comes the cleaning of the corruption that prevails in the Judicial Power, not one step back!
