If and only if the pyramid of public power is overturned there will be 4 transformation and the vindication of the Mexican revolution

You throw stones at some parties
You prosecute people on air and live
You forget news about the guerrillas
You change the numbers of all frauds
All over the planet you have your people
Because it's your job that nobody finds out
Suddenly urgent news appears
Well of protocol you are a pimp
Because you should be ignorant
To the people who come, you are a bad informant
There is a journalist who alters news
In a newscast that is on Televisa
Don't make you stupid Jacobo (Ciro)
Molotov.
"You cannot cover the sun with a finger," is and was the predatory and corrupt instinct of the political class that degraded and degenerated the Mexican State and its institutions.

The post-revolutionary period created a pyramidal public power, vulnerable and conducive to undoing appetites, added to this, the mass psychic structure of the Mexican in need of a magical parental figure, and the pre-Hispanic tradition of the great Tlatoani, omnipresent, omniscient , which was mimicked in the affairs of the public, even as a cultural, public and psychic normality, so that any attempt at a peaceful transformation, we can also name it "revolution", has to go through restoring the functionality of the Mexican State and its institutions, and consolidate a culture of transparency, legality, honesty, and ethics with which those who govern and politicians must conduct themselves, but also, businessmen and citizens, from there, I think we will be able to build a new political model that strengthens a truly participatory and inclusive democracy in the act of governing, and a party system with ideological differences and po policies that contribute to the division of powers, and not as a formality of political theory, but fundamentally, educating its militancy and sympathizers in the questions of the polis and society, educating them in the culture of social hygiene, solidarity and the peace.

I particularly believe that the best way to name this historical moment that Mexico is experiencing, is to point it out as a vindication of the Mexican revolution, a correction of the historical deviation from its ends, since it did not achieve its purposes or ideals of social justice, nor did it honor blood. spilled by thousands of Mexican men and women, degenerating during the post-revolutionary period of decline, we can locate the historical turning point in the murder of Francisco I Madero, in a “perfect” democratic dictatorship of simulation and corruption, a practice of the political class that it has been lived with an astonishing normality, "the one that does not trick does not advance".

There is a visceral and sickly attempt to avoid seeing this difference between before and after, which has to do with a necessary and unavoidable democratic transition, if we want to solve serious problems and shape our Mexico for a better future, and the pragmatic revolt that I have named as “the revolution of the fifís”, who do not propose an alternative to a nation project, and are driven by private interests.

I do not doubt that our President Andrés Manuel López Obrador knows that the resistance and the reactionary forces are a powerful force, and not because of the ideals or their proposals, nor because of the people who move, but because they are the ones who have had power in Mexico, and fundamentally, the economic power, and those who have used politics to legitimize looting and their privileges, and the political parties (PRI, PAN, PRD) as their instruments of concretion of their disastrous ends; who are responsible for the crisis of the party system in Mexico, therefore, we see how perversely they knew that the battered political parties, mainly the PRIAN, could not serve them for their movement of resistance to the democratic transition, and they made them to on the one hand, mimicking a social and popular pseudo movement, although its poor speech, its synchronized and swarming strategy in the networks that reveal investment of money, and its fascist communication strategy of incessantly repeating, without the slightest scruple, lies and biased information , give away their intentions of revenge and return to public power.

But the real problem in Mexico, and I think also in our President AMLO, is, on the one hand, how to make political parties free of their past and their masters, and help consolidate the democratic transition, and on the other hand, how to make a revolution really happen (4T) peacefully that turns the pyramid of public power, and makes exercise a real and effective democracy.

Although it is true, the monothematic diagnosis is correct, the degeneration of the public res is corruption, and restoring the lost functionality of the Mexican state and its institutions is a main issue of the government of the republic and of all Mexicans, because simply public power was and is crossed by private interests of groups, it is also true, that this is not enough to speak of a 4T and much less of a demand for the lost ends of the Mexican revolution, since it is needed, as I have said, that there is a true democracy where the people rule, and the ruler rules in obedience.

I know this is not easy, because we are talking about reversing a global political system, where the pyramid of public power is vertical and ubiquitous in all public affairs, and that world history was built on the basis of those processes of political globalization and economic, although, mainly, the coronavirus health crisis, the economic and geopolitical crisis, and we annex the sustainability and sustainability crisis that the global energy crisis entails, are forcing us to rethink that conceptual framework of the public and the concept of man.

So let's think that the attempt to talk about a transformation (revolution) in Mexico, has to do with analyzing and responding to how the degeneration of politics and the public was possible, so that simple things do not help us, talking about culture , psychology, nature, etc., this does not help us but we can contextualize what has happened, what is happening, and where we are going and what we must do so that "the new" is better than "the old".

I am convinced that Mexico is another, and that we must start from concepts that we did not take into account, and that are vital, demography, psychology, culture, etc., then the conceptual framework that we build to order life in society, which It has to do with the illustration and all that romantic period of the rational man, ideas imported from old Europe, and later, the revolt of the ideas that we must give to consider other ideas of the truly Mexican, the contrast between the global and the local.

Sometimes I see that the public debate is Byzantine and dogmatic, because it always falls into self-referencing, appealing to a fallacy of authority, in this case, to that imported conceptual framework embodied in our Constitution, our secular bible, and it is intended to think that it is only a matter of updating and fulfilling it, but I think that there is the contemporary problem, and it is not exclusive to Mexico, the pyramid of power is global.

So the avant-garde look and actions have to point to the opposite of the global power pyramid, to local power, to community power.

The degradation of the State and its institutions have to do with the lack of co-responsibility, which is what has been lacking, the culture of corruption and simulation has and is happening due to the lack of co-responsibility and a critical culture of the governed, which is why It is important to take into account that the responsibility of society does not end with suffrage (vote), it is necessary to co-govern, and for this, it is necessary to turn the pyramid of presidential power and build effective channels of citizen participation.

We cannot return to frivolity and simulation culture, but for this, citizen participation is essential, we must be the auditors of politics and public power.

Although now the verticality of public power prevents any form of oversight and transparency, we have to flip the pyramid of public power, and empower the instruments and "figures of citizen participation", and not with self-legitimizing formalities of centrality, but by supporting those figures in the administration, planning and deliberation of budgetary planning of public policies, in such a way that the temptation to abuse public power is limited from the ground up, which with the inversion of the pyramid of public power will be the top . Obtaining money and personal benefits summarizes the abuse of public power, and we call this corruption.

The current political system continues to be played and looking for who controls who, and creating figures without the capacity to limit the abuse of public power, in other words, we continue to play for democracy and that power is that of the people, and this game is not exclusive to Mexico, democracy has served to legalize but not to legitimize, turning the pyramid of public power is a way of making clear the one-person use of the budget, clearly accompanied, as is the case for Mexico, by a profound administrative reform undergone by the professionalization and establishment of the career civil service.

But turning the pyramid of global public power requires going beyond delimiting the ways in which the system waters and encourages corruption, it has to do with empowering the local, the municipality, the community, there must be a revolution of real representation , taking into account demography and psychology.

If and only if the pyramid of public power is overturned there will be 4 transformation and the vindication of the Mexican revolution.
