The interventionism of the Empire: The call for the overthrow of the AMLO regime
I posted a note on facebook of an author who tells us where the wealthy of the United States are spending the quarantine against the coronavirus, paradisiacal places, exclusive summer hotels, mansions in dream forests, mainly the wealthy of New York City, epicenter of the pandemic in the United States, where paradoxically the greatest death toll falls, its citizens and non-citizens (illegal immigrants), on Latinos and blacks.
Yesterday for the first time I read something about where the wealthy of Mexico spend the quarantine of a journalist in Mexico, although trying to take care of the forms, Leo Zuckermann, his article titled, "the stupid indolence of some rich", and similarly That the article that I uploaded on Facebook tells how the rich in Mexico do not have a bad time in quarantine, since they spend it in their exclusive rest houses, in places tailored to their tastes, nothing to do with how most of the Mexicans, in small spaces and in precarious conditions, take shelter to take care not to become infected with the deadly virus. Zuckermann makes the reservation and reiterates that "he has nothing per se against the rich", that is, he has no prejudice or judgment of the rich.
Totally contrary to that caveat of Zuckermann, I do have judgments on how our rich have obtained their wealth, and how the neoliberal economic and political world system has created chasms between the few who have everything and the many who have nothing, the article where They describe where the wealthy of the United States spend their quarantine. I gave him a heading that I titled "the nonsense of the world class system ... and castes ....", referring to those contradictions of the capitalist world economic system, in which the Coronavirus health emergency reveals its ineffectiveness, its dehumanized and wild character, its social injustice, and fundamentally, its lack of ethics and noble character.
In Mexico, the coronavirus crisis occurs at a time when retrograde and retarded forces are struggling to make the democratic transition and regime change fail, with intentional capital flight from the stateless oligarchy, with the media and "journalists" that exercise biased and partial information, using not only the traditional media TV and radio, but mainly social networks, concealed in the "freedom of expression", always aiming to pay the historical memory of Mexicans, locating in The present is the cause of all the serious problems Mexico is experiencing.
In my determination to defend the democratic transition, the true change of regime, based on a new republic, and at least the exile of that voracious political class that refuses to have lost public power, and longs for the return to the politics of simulation. and corruption, a policy that they have always used for personal purposes and not for the prosperity of Mexicans, I stumble upon those retrograde expressions that cling with fallacies to discredit any attempt by the government of the republic to restore the lost functionality of the Mexican state and its institutions, and turn the exercise of government into a community act that always has the main interests of protecting and removing from the marginalization the millions of poor Mexicans without social protection.
To support my discussion, a couple of days ago, when uploading a note defending the social nature of the Spanish constitution that the second vice president of the Spanish government, Pablo Iglesias, appeals to the need for the IBEX potentates to endorse the serious problem of the health emergency of the coronavirus in Spain, and that article 128 of the Constitution says to the letter: "all the wealth of the country in its different forms and whatever its ownership is subordinated to the general interest", I headed this publication with the title, "what is missing from the drafting of our Magna Carta to exercise it ..... is not an expression of there it goes .... we need to socialize our wealth and at the moment do social justice ...", doing reference that in these moments of coronavirus health and economic crisis, without knowing if in our Magna Carta there is the right that all wealth be at the service of the general interest, the country requires d and those riches that have been generated. but only for a few, because I know that many Mexicans of the privileged are taking care of their fortunes and wanting a government for the private interests.
One of those who refuses to see the perverse game of the oligarchy in Mexico, commented on my note, “you continue with the same, everything is the fault of previous governments. Let me tell you that according to Andrés Manuel López Obrador he always had all the solutions when he was on the campaign trail and now tell me what happened to him because the only thing I hear is all the excuses or at least that's what the biggest one is about, not to say all the mornings always blaming to a previous regime, hiding from their incompetence to govern ", to which I replied that" there is no other reading, regardless of campaign promises, the truth is that the Mexican State was kidnapped by a sheaf of criminals, that the first what they did was assassinate true democrats and visionaries like Francisco I. Madero, among others, from there Mexico suffered a process of institutional degeneration and public life, and its fate depended on maintaining the pernicious balance of that class politics, its aging, the wrong generation relay, which ended that balance, fundamentally due to that parental generational relay and emotional, that left in the public power children, lovers, friends, who without the art of politics plundered the public coffers and left the historical lags in social justice, education, security, etc., were unattainable and uncontrollable. The transition of before and after that Obrador's arrival to the presidency means is a watershed that has no other alternatives, but of course it is better than that "thief ball" that "hit the country in the mother", and also I have to tell you that the solution is even beyond Obrador and that political class, much less in the hands of that greedy oligarchy, although unfortunately I still don't see that new political class or the proposal of a new world idea and society for Mexico. I think that many are getting carried away more by the guts than by the serious and responsible analysis of what is happening in Mexico. I would like to tell you that there are other alternatives to Obrador, but there are none, Obrador bears the demand of a society that hardly It is learning to be free and democratic, that is why it is required, and sometimes viscerally, something that they never did with the pharaonic presidential regimes of the past ”.
Assume the least indebtedness, save the poor instead of saving banks and large companies, support small companies, restore the functionality of the institutions of the Mexican state, cement a democratic regime, assume the change of the regime, among the Many goals that have to do with a social state bring the annoyance of their own and strangers, such as the editorial interference of a medium that dictates what should be done, and if Mexico is not in danger, because of populism, according to that communication medium, and that they have the audacity to compare the Obrador government with that of Venezuela, which is a monumental and inadmissible nonsense.
I still think that the Empire, despite being against the wall due to the health emergency of the coronavirus, continues with its exercise of world power and its strategies of submission, and that the Mexican oligarchy has already convinced the Empire that a neoliberal government is convenient for it, that one with "populist" overtones, and of course populist refer to social policies, only this way can you read the Financial Time editorial, with its article titled, "the presidential tragedy that unfolds in Mexico".
Later, the Financial Time article states that "López Obrador's confused responses and erratic behavior in the first weeks of the pandemic suggest that the country is headed for a much worse crisis for the rest of its six-year term, unless there is a dramatic change of course ", as if England had, despite having the imperial riches, been prepared for the health contingency of the coronavirus, and today does not suffer from its more than 130,000 infected and with more than 18,000 deaths to this day Today, it is absurd that this editorial speaks of Mexico as erratic, because simply nobody in the world was prepared for that pandemic that has disrupted the life and economy of the entire world, Mexico has to face it, one, with a state diminished by the ignominious past of corruption and debauchery, two, with an oligarchy that is taking its wealth from the country, and three, with a precarious health system, product of the passing do; Even Trump had to think twice before stopping his economy, and here the detractors of the new regime insist that you could act like the rich countries, with millions of tests from the covi19, stop the economy at once and with a thud, in between as well as a brutal oil crisis.
These absurdities have to do with the neoliberal economic and social model that tries to make people feel that nothing is wrong with what is happening to the world, with a coronavirus health emergency that highlights the contradictions of that human economic and public system. I think today is when the end of ideologies, and of human myths, really begins, there is a before and after of the coronavirus.
Other of his absurd claims, he says that "while the United States and Brazil announce large anti-cyclical stimulus packages, the Mexican leader has ruled out additional loans, tax exemptions or bailouts. Instead, López Obrador's recipe for the economy in crisis his country is more austerity, including a second round of pay cuts for government officials. "
From the foregoing I extract that we are used to thinking that it is the large companies that sustain a country, and they must be rescued at the cost of borrowing the country, and rescuing the banks; but now those who have to be rescued are the citizens and their families, that's why the budget must go to the poor and small and medium-sized companies, but without indebting the country, so the easy and usual recipe for any crisis, caused by this world without social justice, where wealth is in the hands of a few countries and in each country, in the hands of a few families, it is borrowing the country by borrowing from the great usurers of the Empire, such as the IMF, among others international organizations, with the myth of maintaining "the productive apparatus" that represents a petition of principle, because that money will serve to maintain the same system of economic exploitation, as was the case in Mexico of the shameful Savings Protection Bank Fund, FOBAPROA, the ignominious bank bailout, which to date we continue to pay all Mexicans with our taxes.
And the "exemplary" English newspaper ends with a classic simile, today, comparing Mexico with Venezuela, a poor country that dared to propose another political, social and economic model, and the repression of the Empire was immediate. an inhuman economic blockade worse than Cuba, which plunged him into poverty and despair, we are just waiting for the murder of Maduro, also and this is the most worrying, in the end he makes a statement urging fear, “the terrible humanitarian catastrophe of Venezuela is a clear warning of what another four and a half years of López Obrador could do to Mexico, "an affirmation that is a clear call to overthrow AMLO, and thus prevent Venezuela from venezuela, and the Empire and its local minions from leaving. like the great saviors and heroes. What cynicism. A clear example of the interventionism of the Empire.
I hope that common sense and nationalism stop deadly those nefarious intentions of the oligarchy and the short-sighted, Homeland or Death, We will win!
