About the moral revolution that Mexico is experiencing, and the conditions sine qua non to achieve the fourth transformation of Mexico



Manual for a critical citizen behavior beyond the dogma and a healthy constructive political opposition.

Restoring the Normality of the Institutional Functionality of the Mexican State does not mean the fourth transformation of Mexico, let alone a paradigm shift of the public res (public thing). What is happening, and is led intelligently by our President of the Republic, is a Moral and Hope Revolution, and that must be pointed out, Exemplary Revolution in the process of restoring the lost normality of the Institutional Functionality of the Mexican State. .
The scourge that summarizes this ineffectiveness of the normality of the functionality of the Institutions of the Mexican State is and was corruption, which became part of our collective unconscious, of our culture, synthesized in the sentence lapidary, "the one that does not tranza does not advance ", and was part of that private metalanguage that operated on public power, and that legitimized in a certain way the personal use of public power and institutions, rendering inoperative the rule of law and the proper functioning of Public Institutions Mexicans
It is necessary that "corruption" has to be totally eradicated from the institutional and social life, and from the public power of Mexico, although this is not enough to speak of a Fourth Transformation, since for there to be a true Fourth Transformation in Mexico there must be a break with the neoliberal economic mold, and a new social, political and economic model must be presented, and fundamentally, the proposal of a new notion of State and society, which I believe is necessary for the viability of Mexico as an independent and sovereign country , we must not forget that Mexico is catching, like most countries in the world, in the capitalist neoliberal economic system, which in itself is not fair, so it is a contradiction to think that from a capitalist neoliberal model , where the Market is not regulated or built for social justice, and rides freely imposing the prices of the products ad hoc , speculating in a virtual-real way with the economy and the value of the products of the market, we can think of a Fourth Transformation that implies social justice, freedom and equality, and mainly, the strengthening of democracy and the regeneration of public power. .
Do not forget that the neoliberal system sits on a power structure designed exclusively for exploitation, so that a few countries continue to hold all the wealth, and so that most other countries are exploited in one way or another, and is serving to produce the raw material, acquired at a cost below its real price, either to be the place where transnational companies are installed to exploit the cheap labor of those countries and generate capital "swallows" that never they remain in those countries and serve their development, in addition to causing severe damage to the internal market and the environment irreversibly.
In that sense, for Mexico to really move towards a Fourth Transformation would imply a bold position that can only be a political, social and economic position of the left, this would imply that the Moral and Exemplary Revolution led by the Mexican government could to regulate and stop the abuse and speculation of that global capitalist market so that there would be no such outbursts and contradictions, where a few families continue to hold all the economic, even political and social power, and the vast majority of Mexicans gradually slide towards poverty; and a truly just and equitable society will be created, and we could lift those more than 50 million Mexicans out of poverty.
It is undeniable that apart from a radical ideological position and really left, the Mexican State must take a critique of the global model that has failed and has only served to build a more unjust and insecure world, and bet on a Revolution of Representativeness as we have called, and fundamentally, towards a refoundation or regeneration of public power from the reconversion of the republic and the federal pact, incorporating the Municipality as the most important element of the republic, that is, to build a Municipalist Republic.
Paradoxically we find ourselves in a kind of epistemic confusion about the fall of the Political Class that the public power had exercised for more than 8 decades and that is responsible for the current severe social, economic, and security crisis that Mexico is experiencing. , and the relief assumed overwhelmingly by the ballot boxes of a new-old Political Class that tries to mark a radical differentiation through an excessive self-denomination (the fourth transformation) that corresponds to the reality and the historical process that Mexican society is experiencing.
Thus, the expectations that the Mexican society has deposited in this relay must be prudent and subjected to a more exhaustive analysis, first, understanding what corresponds to the elementary context of Restitution of the Institutional Functionality of the Mexican State, which is what is being done. trying to make, and consolidate a necessary moral revolution not to return to the old corrupt practices that gangrene the institutional life of Mexico, and on the other hand, the demand to build that idea of ​​nation more in line with demographic conditions, representativeness and from the social psychology with which the issue of the regeneration of public power must be dealt with, and fundamentally, the process of conceptual and epistemic transition towards true democracy and real politics.
This entails placing ourselves before the political and historical context of Mexico from a constructive critical position, leaving the dogma and the inertia of the passions to open up to new social and political theoretical fields that allow reconfiguring the episteme of the public.
If we look back in a simple way, the recent past can throw us a public reality that we could hardly accept that this happened, and that even that still happens, despite titanic efforts and sometimes in the solitude that President Andrés Manuel López Obrador does.
Aberrantly there existed in Mexico a metalanguage that operated independently of public interests, and manipulated the Public Institutions that the Mexican State built to organize social and public life. This brought, at the end of the fall of that old political class, as main causes, the generational change of that old political class that allowed to reach public power a generation of politicians without scruples and without political office that destroyed "the balance of power "that had allowed to maintain that old political class for more than 6 decades in public power, a terrible political crisis, of certainty, economic (in account to no growth), social; crisis of increasing poverty and extreme poverty, crisis of social justice, and what gave the coup de grace to Mexicans, the terrible and cruel crisis of security and violence that Mexicans live, and this crisis has to do, fundamentally , with the obsolescence and the expiration in which this generational change left the institutions public, not only those in charge of social administration, but also, the institutions of law enforcement, the legislative and executive power, in short, crisis that led to a pseudo-democratic that did not allow to take advantage of the strengths of a healthy and intelligent democratic life that would have made of our Mexico, with its nature, cultural, social and human riches, a first world country, of vanguard and progress, in other words , we could say that plainly the public and social institutions stopped working as they should be or as is, not even the conceptual apparatus of the revolution The Mexican organization was set in motion and allowed the institutions to function as they should be, in a simple duty, where everyone should have done what they should have done, each public institution, including the state, the church, the family, the political parties, the media, and the moral institutions, which had to operate with that normality that implied res publica administration, stopped doing it, in short, we created a culture of simulation and deception.
Mexico ceased to function as an Institutional State and what we ended up seeing was the imprint of law outside the law of the power groups, also called "political class" that the Institutions used for their personal interests, for their group wishes, to do this, they built a pyramidal structure for the control of public power, making possible in conspiracy, the theft of public coffers, pyramid of power deposited in a single man every six years, who during those six years held absolutely all the power, nullifying the division of powers and institutional functionality.
As we mentioned above, it was a determining factor for the fall of that old political class, the role played by that generational revelation of the fifis, who are and were real rapacious delinquents, a generational relay that seized a group of improvised politicians, without experiences, incapable and prone to corruption, lightness and vainglory, which finally provoked the boredom of the Mexicans, and precipitated the fall of that old political class, which decisively lost public power in the polls, and allowed will come to govern our current president of the republic, Andrés Manuel López Obrador.
An old political class that was really a criminal association that was reorganized every six years, professionals in the art of deception and the art of equilibrium, agreed to meet their own personal needs, their own ambitions, their own interests, and, on the other hand, they allowed a series of complicities that came from top to bottom to operate, in such a way that the balance was maintained at the expense of an impoverished and vexed Mexican people.
But we insist that it is not enough to restore the Institutional Normality of the Mexican State, and to think that this will be sufficient for Mexico's full economic, political and human development, starting only from the feeling that it is on the right path to solve the serious problems it suffers. Mexican society, since that optimism can place us before a danger, first that the burden of the exemplarity is on the shoulders of one man, one person, without a human structure that speak the same language and preach with the example, and On the other hand, we do not have a constructive and intelligent opposition, and finally, we have an uncritical and unconscious citizenship.
These reflections we do are not aimed at removing merit the great effort that our President of the Republic, Andrés Manuel López Obrador, has been doing, exemplary man, who many times seems to be only shouting in the desert before a wall of individualism, selfishness, and greed, where it is not heard and understood, by a society that is not yet aware that the construction of public spaces is a matter of co-responsibility.
And we must recognize that there is a latent danger that the burden of this transformation, so desired by Mexicans, is on the shoulders of one man: the regeneration of political power and democracy, and the restitution of the institutional functionality of the Mexican state, we hope we have president for a while, although it is essential to accelerate the transformation because it is an inescapable need, and the incorporation of the shoulders of all to make this happen, much more urgent and necessary.
The health of Mexican public life demands the rejection of that unique vision of reality imposed by the dominant neoliberal system that has increased inequality and poverty, so we must re-problematize and debate about human nature, and fundamentally , to keep in mind the extent to which the process of alienation and domination of the global imperial system that has subjected a radical injustice to the societies of our peoples worldwide has reached, so the world problem is not that we should not eat, food, riches, the problem is in the speculation of wealth and the unequal distribution of these riches based on that exclusionary global neoliberal political system.
So the only way out, is exactly to pose a new grammar that has to do exactly with true Marxism, rescuing not only dialectical materialism, but the fundamental concept of equality and the community of opportunities that we all have to have in a society without exclusion and, obviously, contravening any neoliberal idea that puts us in a kind of convergence in which millions lose and few win, where it is common to have, as in our Mexico, a country full of people living in misery, and the contrast of having some of the richest men in the world. The previous thing without it represents a radical bet against the world and the economic nations, no, simply restoring a vision that allows to guarantee the worthy life of the men, since all life is worth being lived.
From where we can begin that refoundation of the Mexican State, first, recognizing that continuing to look towards globalization as our salvation would be an error, since as we have said, these global processes have failed because they have been instruments made for the domain, so we must bet if you want to talk about Marxism, assume a totally communal state, this is important to point out, because we believe that from there is where we can theorize and re-discuss and fight for this world to be a truly fair world.

There is a point of methodological coincidence where all must participate and depart: The need for the Refoundation of the Mexican State through a New Constituent.
