My imagination resorts to surrealism as the concept to describe that grotesque and tragic reality, although, to tell the truth, it is sometimes insufficient to talk about this transvaluation, that plastic reality of a moment of being that escapes us at the precise moment in time. that we approach to observe it, and that the senses seem to announce it with precision, the surprise is that it is not like that, it is another. Being like this is ephemeral, hidden, indecipherable, dangerous and petulant.

The public affairs of Veracruz are presented as the paradigmatic case of politics in Mexico that merits a thorough and intelligent study.
